ARDA/ICMM Plastic surgery mission in cooperation with ‘St. Gregor Lusavorich’ hospital

From 22 of January till 2nd of February in cooperation with ‘St. Gregor Lusavorch’ hospital and with Dr. Elvino Barreto (CMC, Vellore), we started Charity Plastic surgery mission. This is the 3rd visit of Dr. Elvino to Armenia and 5th charity plastic surgery mission in Armenia. Before his coming 35 patients had been screened and selected by Dr. Syuzanna Voskanyan and Dr. Elvino.
Dr. Elvino had brought his surgical instruments and some materials with him for the mission.
Dr. A. Minasyan had formed a working group for the mission: Pediatricians, Maxilla-Facial surgeons, 3 Traumatologists, operation 4 nurses and cleaners, his advisers, deputies, a Pediatric Anestesiologist, 2 pediatric Reanimatologists and a nurse came from other hospital etc. Team had been working with us in a harmony.
At the end we performed 37 operations on 24 patients.
Follow up passed without complications.
