Memorandum
THE ORGANIZATION GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES
The aim of organization is to organize a medical charity services in and out of Armenia
2.1 Within the purposes defined by law:
2.1.1 organize medical and health services, programs and mission in cooperation with local and foreign doctors, medical organizations and health institutions,
2.1.2 during the implementation of the program, cooperate with nursing homes, orphanages, state and local governmental agencies, charitable organizations, health care institutions, for patients health coverage and treatment program
2.1.3 organize patients screening and healthy lifestyle program
2.2 Defined by order the Law, establish “Whole person care and rehabilitation’ center, where complex treatment will address not only physical but also psychological and spiritual problems, diet correction, as well as patients postsurgical and posttraumatic functions physical and psychological rehabilitation.
2.2.1 Include appropriate local and foreign specialists, psychiatrists, diabetologists, defect ologists and speech therapist from medical field
2.2.2 For diagnosis and treatment cooperate with local hospitals’ and clinics’ narrow specialists, diagnostic centers and labs.
2.2.3 organize home visits and care of bedridden patients
2.2.4 provide sociological consultation
2.2.5 Help patients with necessary orthopedic, kinesiotherapy means and medicine
2.2.6 Cooperate with foreign medical institutions for patients treatment, medical specialists exchange programs, trainings and for job issues.
2.3 Defined by the Law order, promote the development of practical medicine, stabilization of the health system in accordance with modern standards. The organization sets priorities defined by law
2.3.1 In cooperating with Health Ministry, local and foreign universities and nursing institutions, health institutions organize doctors and nurses trainings, education programs, and for experience enrichment and exchange organize business trips to different countries.
2.3.2 Organize medical and scientific seminars, training courses, consultation, conferences, summarize and interpretation of results-oriented publicity, TV programs and other activities.
2.3.3 promote the newest medical technologies, approaches implementation in Armenia.
2.3.4 Cooperate with Armenian and foreign medical organizations to support and actively participate in the process of health system’s reform and procedures.
2.4 Clothing, care products, household products, medicines, hygienic supplies and food provision defined by Law.
2.5 Publication of educational and professional booklets and books defined by Law.
2.6 The organization also carries out other programs derived from its goals and objectives and are not prohibited by Law.
